Submitting a form or contacting Kapko Property Services is a request for an estimate. It does not confirm a booking.

Planning your project

We discuss your location, photos, requested work and property access, then confirm scope, price and availability before scheduling. Primary areas are Queens, Brooklyn, Long Island and Staten Island. Larger projects in Manhattan, the Bronx and nearby New Jersey are considered individually.
